An effective makeup remover gentle on skin and eyes. Inspired by the Japanese ritual of purifying skin with water left over from washing rice, this rice-based cleanser softens skin while melting away makeup without irritating the delicate parts of the face, including around eyes.
Used as the first step in a double cleansing routine, this prevents pore buildup and hydrates without leaving a greasy feel. The result is thoroughly cleansed, renewed skin with a luminous glow.
This gentle vegan formula features komenuka (rice bran oil) has been a skincare staple in Japan since 1100 AD because of its potent water-retaining abilities.
Ingredients & Directions
Caprylic, capric triglyceride / Octyldodecanol / Dicaprylyl ether / Polyglyceryl-10 diisostearate / Oryza sativa (rice) bran oil / Polyglyceryl-4 caprate / Water / Tocopherol / Helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil
Take 1-2 pumps of oil onto wet palms. Apply to skin and massage in an upward circular motion for about 30 seconds to allow oil to fully breakdown makeup. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat skin dry. Follow up with your favorite daily cleanser for a double cleansing routine. Can be used daily, morning and night.
